Luck.

Over time, Hitler grew more and more suspicious but he was one lucky guy.

1.

There was an attempt to shoot Hitler when he was on a stand during a parade. However; he was became blocked by a crowd of people. The sniper waited until the parade was over and followed Hitler to shoot him, but the Gestapo found him and arrested him.

2.

During a speech Hitler was giving about the Beer Hall Putsch, explosives were planted to go off. However; Hitler decided to leave a few minutes early. He managed to walk away unharmed as some of his staff were killed by the explosion.

3.

During a meal with his high staff, the food was poisoned. Everyone started getting really sick and poisoning was suspected. However; Hitler did not get affected by the poison.

4.

Hitler planned on visiting Ukraine and see AGS, so a plan was organized to kill him and his staff with a Panzer. However; Hitler decided to not go visit and the assassination never took place.

5.

A time bomb (disguised as wine) was given to someone who was on a plane with Hitler. However; the bomb was placed in the cargo space which made it freeze up, preventing it from exploding.

6.

Hitler was supposed to see new uniforms for the Wehrmacht at one of his resorts. A bomb was sneaked in; however, Hitler canceled the viewing since the uniforms were destroyed during transportation.

7.

Hitler was scheduled to appear for a meal, so a few Wehrmacht soldiers planned on simply shooting their weapons at him. However; Hitler decided to not show up for the meal, which made the plan get canceled.

8.

With fear of Hitler invading Czechoslovakia, the plan was to simply break into the Reich Chancellory and fire at Hitler. However; the plan was cancelled because Britain allowed Hitler to annex Czechoslovakia.

9.

A victory parade was planned for Hitler after the invasion of Poland. Explosives were buried to wear Hitler would be, but the parade was cancelled.

10.

In 1944, Hitler was to appear at a meeting. It was originally planned in a concrete bunker, which would’ve contained the blast and possibly kill Hitler. However; it was a very hot day so the meeting was moved to a conference room. Hitler was a few feet away from the explosive (which was in a brief case).

However; Hitler had someone to his right and the explosive was behind the table leg which helped divert the explosion. When the detonation went off, Hitler only received minor injuries.

I did not name every attempt, just the ones I can remember. There were A LOT of attempts at his life, but he was mostly lucky. If an assassination failed, then his SS bodyguards or the Gestapo managed to interfere.
